The Black Scabbard is a Heavily Modified Maka-Eekai L4000 transport, it can act as a Freighter, Blockade runner, more storage space, larger training area, Transport of more people.

The large ship has a large amount of storage space and is easily capable of accommodating about 30 passengers. It acts as a hold for the artifacts Andis has collected and for clandestine military operations by the Beskar Brigade.

Modifications:
The hull of the ship was lengthened to give it more space. It is heavily armored, it has a sharper look than it’s boxy standard counterpart. New systems were added to it to make it more reliable, and improved engines to allow for greater speed. It also bristles with advanced weaponry ranging from Rapid-Firing Laser Cannons to a top mounted Flack Gun.

The bridge contains advanced screens to see through the armor and sophisticated holographic displays.

Its most noticeable feature was the addition of a small hanger in the rear of the ship to land and contain Andis’ smaller ship, the Golden Jian [link] .

Armament
The Black Scabbard is heavily armed. It uses a weapons system that can be manned or be used in and automated defense system. It carries both Anti-personnel and Anti-vehicle weapons. Its most unusual weapon is the top mounted Acht-Acht 50 Flack Gun turret used for anti-ship combat, but is also quite effective at killing ground targets and buildings.

Details
Captain’s Cabin: The Captain’s Cabin is where Andis and Starla reside while on the ship. The quarters are very similar to that in the Golden Jian, the walls are lined with exotic woods from Malastare and there is a rug that covers the deck plates.

Mates Cabin: Andis uses the Mate’s Cabin for his siblings when they are onboard the ship.

Officer’s Cabins: Officer’s Cabins: The Officer’s Cabins are where the officers, ARC Troopers Captain Jones, Lieutenant Spencer, and Lieutenant Sharps reside.

Troop Cabins: The troop cabins act as the housing for the clone troopers on the ship.

Blacksmith Workshop: The Black Scabbards Blacksmith Workshop is much larger and better equipped than the Golden Jian’s, because of its lack of space. The facility is outfitted with the latest in smithing technology.

Stone Displays: Along some of the walls of the ship, there are some display cases. Being that Andis and Starla are avid stone collectors, they have begun displaying stones along the wall so of the ship, alongside the artifacts Andis has acquired for his personal collection.

Library: The Black Scabbard contains a larger assortment of books in the onboard library, than that of the Golden Jian. It contains a variety of books onboard ranging from rare manuscripts to books on military strategy and geology. It also has a holobook station that contains a special system that can view any book within the Senate Library on Coruscant.

Lounges: The Black Scabbard contains several lounges to accommodate the large crew. It is where the crew can relax, containing large holovid screens game tables, etc.

Cargo bays: The Black Scabbard has a significant amount of room for cargo, ranging from supplies, to artifacts and valuables. Its large size is also great for training and sparring with a lightsaber and beskad. It’s also long enough to do some good rifle training.

Storage: The Black Scabbard has a significant amount of storage space, holding everything from food and materials to a variety of weaponry.

Cargo Lift: The ships Cargo Lift is used to move a large amounts of cargo and supplies throughout the ship, and can also act as a large elevator to move numerous people at once.

External Cargo Pods: The Black Scabbard also utilizes External Cargo Pods to carry more cargo on the outside of the ship, and can contain a significant amount of extra cargo and materials.

Dining hall: The Dining Hall in the Black Scabbard is large and is capable of accommodating over 30 people, with several fold-out tables. It also has a large holovid screen, and its lift-tube goes straight to the galley below.

Galley: The Black Scabbard’s Galley is large enough to make meals for a large group; Andis is often the cook, and when making larger meals for the whole unit, he is assisted by two COO cook droids that Starla upgraded. It also contains a dining table, used for smaller meals.

The Galley is connected to the Pantry and Freezer, and is well stocked with a large variety of foods and goods.

Computers & Sensors: The ship’s Computers & Sensors Room contains military grade sensor units and a large amount of space for targeting computers.

Technical Bay: The Technical Bay has a powerful internal computer hub that can access a massive amount of data in an instant, is manned by a few clone specialists and reprogrammed commando droids.

Gun bay: The Gun Bays operate the side mounted AG-2G quad laser cannons, and can also operate the anti-personnel cannons, ion cannon, rear laser cannon, and flack gun. In the event that the Gun Bays are unmanned, the automated combat system activates, and can control the ships weaponry, via an internal computer.

Armory/Arsenal: The ship’s Armory contains a significant amount of weaponry, carrying a wide assortment of rifles, blasters, explosives, and much more.

Boarding Ramp: The Scabbard’s main entrance is a large boarding ramp below the cockpit. It is large enough that to fit a small repulsor forklift to move cargo, etc.

Escape pods: In the event that the ship needs to be abandoned, it has 2 escape pods that can carry at least 10 people in each. Andis also uses the pods for storage space.

Bridge/Cockpit: The Scabbard’s cockpit is full of advanced control guidance, and navigation systems. It is easy to control and maneuver even in the midst of combat. The ship is equipped with an autopilot system, and it has an advanced “Rendezvous Feature,” where it can be programmed from the Golden Jian to meet up with it from across the galaxy.

Medical bay: The Scabbard’s Medical Bay features advanced medical technology, and is capable of dealing with life threatening injuries. It contains a 2-1B surgical droid and an FX-series medical assistant droid.

Machine Shop: The ship’s Machine Shop is used to make repairs to any damage on the ship, the smaller vehicles, and even the droids. It is also used for any modifications any of the smaller vehicles may need.

Engine Access: The ships Engine Access allows for easy monitoring and repairs of the engines. The room is often surveyed by an astromech droid called O-2.

Garage: The ship’s Garage contains various vehicles for different assignments, including from several airspeeders, speeder bikes, swoop bikes, and a pair of AT-RTs. The bikes and speeders are on racks that allow for multiple airspeeders and bikes above each other.

Conference/Chart Room: The ship’s Conference Room is used to discuss military operations and plans. It uses an advanced hologram projector in the middle of the table to display operations.

Droid station: The Black Scabbard’s Droid Station contains the droids that do maintenance onboard the ship. It’s a small room where the R2 Units and a number of stolen BX Commando Droids are stored, and go to recharge. These units are known as “The Minions.”

Hangar: The Black Scabbard has a small hangar in the rear of the ship, large enough to hold Andis’ Pursuer-class enforcement ship, the Golden Jian [link] . The Hanger is equipped with a magnetic field to contain the atmosphere within starship’ hangar, and to allow outer space transfer of materials. Cargo can be delivered through here by way of the Jian. The hanger uses a powerful tractor beam to guide the ship in and land it with precision.

A droid pit crew is contained in a recessed droid hold that rises when the Jian lands to imeaditly go about refueling and rearming the ship.

Holding Cells: The Black Scabbard contains 3 small Holding/Prison Cells, used to detain people in aboard the ship. The cells have a system that allows them to act as Force Cages in the event that the prisoner is force sensitive as an extra precaution. In the event a prisoner escapes from their cell, or any part of the cell is breached, knock out gas instantly floods the cells and hallway, immobilizing them.

Refresher: The ships several Refreshers, contain the newest in technology and contains the new Huralastin Model 36 water recycling shower.

Lift-tubes: The Black Scabbard uses the standard lifttube to move through oput the levels of the ship.

Nice work! Being a deckplanner myself, I might suggest adding more "guts" to the turret rooms, as they undergo a lot of stress in combat and without heavy bracing they stand a chance of ripping themselves from their mounts (unless you're just not showing it; I'm used to full plans, like on the Design Alliance site).

Also, you're underestimating the size of the PES just a tad (she's easily three decks tall). ;)
